King Charlesopenly revealed histreatment for an enlarged prostateandcancer diagnosisearlier this year in a moment of unprecedented candor about a member of the royal family’s health. However,Queen Camillawas initially against her husband disclosing the information.
Shortly after the King, 75,underwent a procedure for a benign prostate conditionin January, he announced on Feb. 5 that he had been diagnosed with cancer.

As she continues to recover from a chest infection,Queen Camillais releasing a documentary about a subject matter deeply important to her: raising awareness of domestic and sexual violence.
In the 90-minute film, Camilla, 77, meets survivors of domestic abuse and talks to the support workers helping give women a new start. As she does, Camilla speaks candidly about whathas motivated her over the last decade.
“One of the most difficult things about domestic abuse to understand — it’s not the bruises and the black eyes, which, unfortunately you see, through violence, this is something that creeps up very slowly and, far too often, it ends up with women being killed,” Camilla said in the documentary.

Queen Margretheof Denmark was hospitalized after falling at home.
On Sept. 18, the former monarch, 84, was hospitalized in Copenhagen after falling at Fredensborg Castle, according to multiple reports. Queen Margrethe was said to be doing well, but her appearance at an event the following day was canceled.
Fredensborg Castle is a seasonal retreat for the Danish royal family, often used in the summer months.
