Combs was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, in a federal indictment unsealed Tuesday. At the arraignment, prosecutors alleged that Combs had what appeared to be drugs in the hotel room in which he was arrested on Monday, September 16. Combs appeared at his arraignment Tuesday wearing a black long-sleeve shirt and gray sweatpants.

The “I’ll Be Missing You” artist, 54, alleges that Jones' complaint is “replete with legally meaningless allegations and blatant falsehoods.” Combs claims that the suit is full of “hyperbole and lurid theatrics” and it “fails to state a single viable claim” against the Bad Boy Records founder and his business affiliates who are named as defendants.
