The hounds are celebrating Halloween early.Saturday, Oct. 19 marked the34th annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Paradein New York City. The yearly eventdraws dozens of costumed canines to N.Y.C.’s East Village neighborhood. The dogs parade down the area’s streets, and some receive prizes for their creative outfits. Like in past years, 2024 was filled with many adorable pup contestants and hundreds of eager onlookers.The event originated at the Tompkins Square Dog Run, located in N.
