Michigan authorities are hailing a sheriff’s deputy as a hero for saving the life of a 63-year-old man in what looked like a scene from a Hollywood action movie. When their patrol vehicle approached the truck, which was traveling southbound about 5 miles per hour, the deputies found the truck’s driver appearing to be “in a daze,” the sheriff’s office said.
