“A lot of people, when they hear Tae Bo, they say, ‘Oh, that was done a long time ago,’ " Billy Blanks tells PEOPLE. “But it’s still one of the most popular exercises that people do. And I’m going to teach until the day I leave this earth.”
Blanks, now 69, means it. After creating the hybrid workout in the 1970s and bringing it mainstreamin the 1990s, he never stopped, traveling the world to share not only the movement, but the meaning behind it.

The World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) released its' officialranking liston Monday, Sept. 9, placing the the 37-year-old performer, whose real name isRachael Gunn, at the top of the list. Just behind her is Japanese breaker Riko at No.

Josh Allenis reflecting on yet another missed opportunity to beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs.
“It’s not fun,” Allen, 28, said. “But to be the champs, you got to beat the champs and we didn’t do it tonight.”
He added that the Bills were “making plays today,” but that they had to make “one more” and couldn’t ultimately come back, losing the game and the chance to earn a trip to the Super Bowl, 32-29.

Fox said preparing to step into the shoes of elite assassin Vernita, also known as Copperhead, required months of rigorous training — especially as she did nearly all of her own stunts — which led her to lose quite a bit of weight.
As a scene played showing Fox and costarUma Thurman(The Bride) sparring in an intense fight sequence, Fox said, “This whole thing, this was six months of training.
