A woman is “heartbroken” because her bridesmaid didn’t invite her to her wedding.
The woman explained in aposton Reddit’s “Wedding Planning” forum that she and her “very good friend” got engaged just a few months apart. While the Redditor immediately asked her friend to be one of her bridesmaids, her friend told her months later that she wasn’t invited to her wedding because it’s family-only.

Someone made a joke at a wedding, but the bride isn’t laughing.In aposton Reddit’s “Wedding” forum, the bride expressed her frustration over a jokester at her recent nuptials. She explained that when the officiant asked during the ceremony, “If anyone has any objections, speak now or forever hold your peace,” one of her guests piped up.“My husband’s friend purposefully started coughing,” the bride recalled. “In the moment everyone laughed it off and we continued with the ceremony.

A bride and groom can’t agree on the size of their wedding — so they’ve decided to each plan their own event.
In a post onReddit’s “Wedding Shaming” forum, a user shared that their sister-in-law and her fiancé are getting married this summer but have different visions for their nuptials.
“She wants a small wedding, he wants a big wedding,” the user explained.

A couple secretly married a few months ago and is now planning a small wedding to celebrate with family and friends. But now, the bride is worried that it’s “deceptive” to keep the secret from their guests.
“My fiancé is not a US citizen so we are applying for a marriage based green card. After setting the date, we found out one of his close family members was sick,” she wrote.
