A regretful bride is asking Reddit users: “Should I ask a bridesmaid to step down?”
The bride getting married in August 2025 explained in a post on the platform’s"Wedding" forumthat in order to have the same number of bridesmaids and groomsmen, she ended up inviting a person she’s been friends with for over 10 years to join her bridal party — but it turned out to be a decision she soon regretted.

A bride “lost her s—” after her wedding guests refused to use her provided transportation.
One of the guests explained in aposton Reddit’s “Wedding Shaming” forum why the majority of her friends and family were opposed to taking the couple’s post-wedding taxi.
Because the wedding didn’t have much entertainment, as it lacked any music, the Redditor thought it would be appropriate to leave after “a good few hours” around 10 p.

A bride transformed her leftover wedding dress scraps into two purses.
Like many brides, Morgan Hafeman, 26, had a few wedding dress alterations ahead of her nuptials on March 16, 2024. Instead of discarding her leftover fabric, Hafeman’s seamstress,Andrea RichterfromR. House Custom Alterations LLC, suggested she upcycle her scraps into a purse.
“I’m someone who holds onto sentimental moments, so I loved the idea right away,” Hafeman tells PEOPLE.
