AfterCaleb Harris' autopsy report was released, which stated that hiscause of death couldn’t be determined, his family said that they still believe his death was “not an accident.”
Meanwhile police, who previously said that they had no evidence of foul play, although they hadn’t officially ruled it out, confirm to PEOPLE that nothing has changed in their investigation.
“There are no updates at this point, but we fully believe this is a homicide and not an accident,” Randy told the outlet, without providing additional details.

A California man has died after he pushed his family out of the way of an out-of-control car that struck him while he was visiting Texas.
Brad Neet, Bouvet’s longtime friend, said the couple was walking down the street with Adam’s two daughters and grandson when a car jumped a curb and barreled toward the family, according toCBS affiliate KCALandABC affiliate KABC.
Adam pushed his family out of the way “so the car wouldn’t hit them,” Neet said, adding that the dad “took the brunt of the impact” from the car.

A California couple who lived in the Altadena area for most of their lives must now rebuild after deadly wildfires caused their home to completely burn down.
On Thursday, Jan. 9, Walter and Yalda Seace spoke to Los Angeles’KABCabout how they watched helplessly via Ring cam as their house on Altadena Drive became engulfed in flames during the Eaton Fire.
“It’s overwhelming. I don’t know how we’re going to get through it,” Yalda told the outlet while standing in front of what used to be her home.

A California high school has replaced hall passes with QR codes, but some students feel the change is unfair.
Students must scan the same QR code when they return and are limited to seven minutes outside of the classroom at one time, KTLA andThe Orange County Registerreported.
Jacob Green, a senior at EHS, feels the new policy “is definitely unfair” for students.
