Kadarius Toney.Photo:AP AP Kadarius Toney, a professional football wide receiver who won two Super Bowl rings with the Kansas City Chiefs, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault last week in connection to an alleged attack on a woman in Georgia. Another warrant, which charges him with obstructing someone from making an emergency call, alleged that Toney “took her phone away when she attempted to call 911 and canceled voice commands for the phone to call 911 while physically assaulting her.
