Being sober is quite the achievement forKit Harington.
In a new interview forGQ Hype, theGame of Thronesalum, 37, opened up about his sobriety journey and said that he’s now able to protect himself from relapsing — something he never imagined would happen.
“I was so lucky I got sober before having kids,” he told the outlet, noting that at one point it felt “physically and emotionally impossible for me not to drink again.

Garth Hudson, the last surviving member of The Band who toured withBob Dylan, has died. He was 87.
Hudson’s death was confirmed in a statement shared to The Band’s officialInstagram pageon Tuesday, Jan. 21.
The statement continued: “Through his music, he did just that—helping us all feel more deeply and connect to something greater. Rest easy, Garth.🕊”
