Hila Plitmann didn’t go home empty-handed at the67th Grammy Awards.
The operatic singer, 51, got quite the surprise when fellow 2025 Grammy nominee Todd Boss, 56, popped the question on the red carpet at the Feb. 2 ceremony in Los Angeles.
Plitmann was nominated in the category for best classical compendium for herMythologies IIalbum, though she did not win on Sunday night. Meanwhile, Boss was credited as a poet on theA Dream So Brightalbum, which was up for best choral performance.

On Friday, Jan. 24, the Recording Academy announced thatnomineesBenson Boone,Billie Eilish,Chappell Roan,Charli xcx,Doechii,RAYE,Sabrina Carpenter,ShakiraandTeddy Swimswill perform at this year’s ceremony.
These performers include first-time nominees, several best new artist nominees along with Grammy winners and artists we can thank for fostering the ever-iconicbrat summer.

The Grammys 2025 are days away, airing live on Sunday, Feb. 2 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS and Paramount Plus. And while we’re expecting memorable performances from some of our faves including Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan — and appearances from some of the biggest stars on the planet, such as Taylor Swift and Beyoncé — we also will see a focus on helping victims of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires which affected and displaced thousands, including many in the entertainment community.
