Jane Gaudreau, the mother ofthe late NHL player Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew Gaudreau, is speaking out afterthe drunk driver accused of killing them pleaded not guilty.
The mom posted two quotes on her Instagram Stories after Sean M. Higgins pled not guilty in connection toher sons' Aug. 29 fatal bike accidentduring a court appearance on Tuesday, Jan 7. The Gaudreau family was present at Tuesday’s hearing, perNJ.

Jeannot Szwarc, the director known for 1978’sJaws 2and more, has died at the age of 85.
The French filmmaker, who was also known for directing the 1980’s romanceSomewhere in Timeand 1984’s action filmSupergirl, died on Tuesday, Jan. 14, according toThe Hollywood Reporter. His son Sacha, a film editor, told the outlet that Szwarc died of respiratory failure at Central Hospital in Loches, France.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the American Ballet Theater Annual Benefit on Monday, Dec. 16, the former Bond girl, 73, revealed the important possessions she grabbed before evacuating her home.
“Well, the crazy thing is I took some jewelry that had sentimental value, and I grabbed two books that my mother had saved during World War II in a concentration camp,” she tells PEOPLE at The Beverly Hilton.

“I just feel comfortable in my skin,” Seymour says.
“I really love the roles I’m getting and if I’m playing character roles, which I am, but character roles that are still kind of sexy and fun,” she adds, joking, “I think at this point, I’m pretty comfortable just being able to age up and down and around.”
