Marc Blucas, son-in-law of the late modelDayle Haddon, once spoke passionately about renovating the Pennsylvania home in which Haddon would later die of suspected carbon monoxide poisoning at the age of 76.
In aresurfaced 2016 interviewwith the Hallmark Channel, the actor — who is married to Dayle’s daughter, Ryan Haddon — spoke in detail about the home, revealing that he and his wife, 53, bought the property in part to “be closer to family.

As for her inspiration for the nursery, the star thought of a special place from her own childhood to recreate.
“My grandmother’s garden was the most magical place, where my imagination ran wild,” Maki says. “I wanted her nursery to feel like stepping into that garden, a space where all her adventures — big or small — could take place.

Reatha “Rose” Grey, a member of the viral comedy group Retirement House, has died at age 75.
On Jan. 20, the remaining five members of the social media hubposted an Instagram Reel announcing the deathof their “dearly beloved friend.” Elderly influencers Mabel, Curtis, Eugene, Larry and Bubbe took turns speaking highly of their late collaborator Grey.
“You may remember her as the hilarious Grandma Rose on Retirement House, but of course, we remember her as a member of our family,” said Mabel.

“It was really horrifying,” she tells PEOPLE for a story in this week’s print issue. She explains that she basically had to start over from scratch, despite being on one of the most popular teen dramas of the early aughts.
She says during her darkest moments, she would just break down in tears.
“I had many, many weeping-on-the-floor nights, just trying to figure out how to manage and what I was going to do and what to do with my emotions, the anger, the injustice, all those things,” she adds.
