Afterinterviewing Martha Stewartearlier this year, I’ve gained a greater appreciation for everything she does, says, and wears — and it’s almost like she heard I was doing a closet cleanout over the weekend.
Right as I was about to give away an old denim jacket, the 83-year-old stepped out in one on the very same day, September 1. The quintessential fall layer is one that I haven’t worn in years, hence why I almost donated mine.

The media mogul shared atouching photo on Instagramwith her horse Bond last week, and we couldn’t help but notice her plaid puffer jacket. Stewart’s toasty puffer was equal parts fashionable and functional, thanks to a trendy Glen check plaid pattern in rich shades of red and brown with a wide spread collar.

Martha Stewart’s turkeys can relax this Thanksgiving.
The lifestyle experttoldTodayon Nov. 21 that she won’t be roasting any turkey this Turkey Day.
“Although I raise my own turkeys, they have been pardoned this year. We’re going to eat only vegetarian,” said the celebrity chef who shared her “delicious”Brioche Stuffing-Filled Roasted Pumpkinduring the segment. She explained that the recipe comes from her latest cookbook,Martha: The Cookbook, and is perfect for her household because she has “a lot of vegetarians in [her] family.
