Alex Cooperis all about being flexible.In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE about her newUnwell Hydrationbeverage line, theCall Her Daddypodcast host, 30, opens up about herhealth and wellness routineand why it is never the same.“I’ll be honest, it changes every single day, every week,” Cooper says. “I think everyone can understand that sometimes you’re like, ‘I am on my fitness grind. I am ready toeat that salad. I’m ready to hydrate. Myskincare is going to be popping’ — and then life happens.““Then it torpedoes into you feeling unwell, and then you have to go back to the grind of trying to get well again,” continues the entrepreneur. “We’re all exhausted from work, we have social lives, we want to be a good friend and a good partner, and it’s just this endless cycle.““So I would say sometimes I’m working out and I’m hydrating extra, and sometimes I’m like, ‘Alex, put it in your calendar.
