Chandler Baker was last seen in San Antonio around noon on Wednesday, Jan. 22, theTexas Department of Public Safetysaid in an alert.
A 38-year-old woman is wanted in connection with the child’s disappearance. Samantha Castaneda has been identified as the person Chandler was last seen with, per the alert.
