Amy Schumerpoked fun at her “moon face” innew comedy,Kinda Pregnant.

“I’ll break your f—ing neck,” Schumer says under her breath in the scene. She quickly corrects herself and replies with a smile, “I’ve been a freaking wreck.”

Schumer, 43, revealed in February 2024 that she wasdiagnosed with Cushing syndrome.

Last month, Schumer explained on theCall Her Daddypodcast that she wouldn’t have known she had Cushing syndrome if it weren’t for people criticizing her suddenlyswollen faceon the internet.

Schumer said she got her Cushing diagnosis right before shebegan shootingKinda Pregnant.

“I learned I had this condition and that I had something called moon face. And I’m starring in a movie — and there’s a camera right in my face,” the actress said.

“Everyone’s like, ‘You look great,’ ” she added, until one friend gave her the blunt truth, telling her, “Your face is looking, like, a little bit insane.”

Schumer admitted that she did worry about her appearance before filming, but director Lorraine Caffery helped her feel more confident.

“I was feeling really down on myself before I started filming this movie … I was, like, really having trouble figuring out how I was going to star in a movie while I had this going on,” theI Feel Prettystar said.

“I just needed one person to just amp me up,” Schumer added.
