Anna Wintourhas a rather unusual nickname her grandkids used to call her.
Appearing on the Sony podcastOrigins with Cush Jumbo, the fashion icon chatted with actress Cush Jumbo about her three grandkids — Oliver, 2, Ella, 5, and Caroline, 7. Wintour’s son Charles shares Caroline and Ella with wife Elizabeth Cordry, while her daughter Bee shares Oliver with husband Francesco Carrozzini.
“And what about grandchildren? Because I know you’re obsessed with babies. You’re always telling me to have babies,” Jumbo asks Wintour.
“I have three, yes,” Wintour responds. “I’d love more, but that might be it. No, they’re great. They’re great.”

Jumbo asks what her grandkids call her, which Wintour simply says, “Anna.”
“Do they know what you do?” Jumbo asks.
“No, we don’t talk about that. And they’re not old enough to really… you know, we play tennis. We discuss the dogs,” Wintour says.
“When they were little, they always saw me with…we have three dogs, with the dogs. So they used to call me dog. But you know, I’m the lady with the three dogs,” she jokes.
