Ashley Tisdaleis all about being a girl mom!

“I definitely love it,” the actress and singer, 39, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive conversation about being a mother to daughtersJupiter Iris, 3, andEmerson Clover, 3 months.

“Obviously it’s my favorite thing, and it’s changed my life in so many ways,” continues Tisdale, who has partnered withPfizerandLitfulo, an FDA-approved pill for people 12 and older with severe alopecia areata.

“I think it’s been the best time, and I’m so grateful,” adds theHigh School Musicalalum.

Tisdale and her husbandChristopher Frenchwelcomed Jupiter in March 2021 and Emerson in September 2024.

With the new addition to her family earlier this year, the star says that her oldest daughter is thrilled to be an older sibling. “She is for sure loving being a big sis,” Tisdale says of Jupiter.

“So I’m so glad that the girls have each other,” Tisdale adds of her two little ones.

Earlier this year, Tisdale elaborated onher fears of getting pregnant againafter her difficult first pregnancy in a video posted onTikTok.

“After I had Jupiter, I was like, ‘I’m not doing this again.’ I think it was, like, physically really hard on me,” she said. “It was just, like, not for me the most amazing experience.”

However, after seeing how social Jupiter was around other kids, she said she and her husband decided there “should be a little sibling for her.”
