In the campaign, theElvisstar rocks his signature shaggy hair — evidently filmed before hedebuted a shocking buzz cutwhile in in Tulum, Mexico, with several other production members of the forthcomingDarren AronofskymovieCaught Stealing.

This isn’t the first time theElvisstar has collaborated with the brand. In August 2023, YSL Beautyannounced the actoras the global ambassador for its MYSLF men’s fragrance, and the next month, he scored a front-row seat to the fashion house’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection atParis Fashion Week.

The campaign comes two weeks after news of Butler’s split from his girlfriend, supermodel-actressKaia Gerber. On Jan. 7, three years after the pair went public with their romance, asource confirmed to PEOPLEthat they were going their separate ways.

The duo first sparked dating rumors in December 2021 after they were spotted attending a yoga session, and PEOPLE confirmed that they werespending time togetherahead of the holidays. Over the following few months, the pair were spotted out and about — on acasual supermarket stroll, taking a walk on Valentine’s Day and traveling to Paris together — before they made theirofficial debut as a coupleatW Magazine’s annual Best Performances party ahead of the2022 Oscars.

It would be the first of several joint red carpet appearances for the couple: Butler and Gerbershared a steamy kissat the 2022 Met Gala, rocked coordinating looks at the Time100 gala in 2023 and stepped out together at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party that year.
