Blake Livelyreferred toJustin Baldonias a “creep” while venting to a friend over text messages about herIt Ends With Usworking experience.

Inthe actress' amended complaint filed Feb. 18, lawyers for Lively, 37, claim that on May 24, 2023, Lively and an unnamed female costar “discussed how they were both feeling uneasy on set that day.”

Lively “confided that she felt ‘like [she needs] to say something tonight after wrap’ but that she’s ‘not sure how to navigate it….’ "

Later that same day, according to the complaint, Lively texted another friend and wrote, “I was gonna invite you to set tomorrow. These people. Whoa. … It’s like HR nuts today. The both of them. I wasn’t expecting that turn. I mean it’s been present but today I came home and cried.”

In that conversation, Lively allegedly also described Baldoni, 41, and his Wayfarerbusiness partner Jamey Heathas “creeps” and added: “Like keep your hormones to yourselves. This is not mine. I don’t want it. I don’t want [your] gaze or words or tongue or videos of your naked wife. Yeah. It’s shocking. Clowns.”

Lively has sued Baldoni, producer Heath, Wayfarer Studios and its co-founder Steve Sarowitz, Baldoni’s publicist Jennifer Abel, crisis PR expert Melissa Nathan and her agency, and Jed Wallace and his crisis management firm, alleging sexual harassment and a retaliatory smear campaign, which they deny.

In turn, Baldoni and others have sued Lively, her husbandRyan Reynolds, their publicist Leslie Sloane and her agency, andThe New York Times, alleging defamation and extortion. Her lawyers have called that lawsuit “desperate” and “meritless.”

In his complaint, Baldoni’s lawyers alleged that Lively tried to forcefully take control of the project and she “herself set the tone for personal discussions on set, including what language was acceptable.”

Baldoni’s attorneys previously said Lively’s allegations are “false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt.” They’ve argued that Lively ignited a “media feeding frenzy” and said they have “nothing to hide” and “have the right to defend themselves with the truth.”

Lively alleges in her amended complaint that she wasn’t the only one to come forward about Baldoni’s “line-crossing behavior” on set, claiming two other female costars were “uncomfortable” and Baldoni allegedly “trivialized their concerns and failed to take accountability for the effects of his behavior (whether intended or not).”

However, the witnesses gave Lively “permission to share the substance of their communications,” they say, and agreed “they will testify and produce responsive documents in the discovery process.”

“Her underwhelming amended complaint is filled with unsubstantial hearsay of unnamed persons who are clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims,” he added. “Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms. Lively’s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behavior will be enlightening. What is truly uncomfortable here is Ms. Lively’s lack of actual evidence.”
