Britney Spears’s former Beverly Hills home is back on the market!

The six-bedroom, seven-bath mansion in The Summit gated community was previously home to the pop superstar from 2007 to 2012, following her divorce fromKevin Federlinein July 2007.

In January, it was listed via real estate brokerage Compass for an impressive $8 million — a fitting price for what agent Ben Salem is calling a “one-of-a-kind estate and former celebrity haven” that “exudes timeless allure within the prestigious 24-hour guard-gated enclave.”

“Recently reimagined inside and out, this secluded retreat atop Mulholland Drive offers unparalleled tranquility,” the agent said in a news release, adding that the home is complete with murals from artistMaria Trimbellas “a distinctive artistic touch to this exceptional residence.”

Among the property’s notable highlights are a soundproofed screening room and music studio, a chef’s kitchen featuring Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances, a “resort-style” saltwater pool, and a jacuzzi.

The single-family residence, built in 2001, is “at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac,” according to the listing, which describes the 7,453-square-foot property as “the crown jewel of The Summit.”

Upon entering the home, visitors are greeted with double-height ceilings, a massive open floor plan, and a stunning chandelier.

The five oversized bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, and the sixth bedroom has a private entrance suitable for staff or guests.

Aspreviously reported, the Italian villa-inspired home sold for $6.1 million in 2021, just months after it waslistedfor $6.8 million.

Just last month, Spearsrevealed on social mediathat she had evacuated her current home in the Los Angeles area amid theL.A. wildfires. At the time, she shared a video of mini doll shoes in an effort to “lift people’s spirits.”
