Bunnie Xo Admits She's 'Not OK' After Stepdaughter Bailee Ann, 16, Goes on Her First Date: 'Can She Stop Growing?'

Bunnie Xoisn’t ready for her stepdaughter to grow up.

TheDumb Blondepodcast host, 44, who’s married to country singerJelly Roll, 40, and a proud stepmom to his two kids from a previous relationship, rushed home from her podcast recording to see her stepdaughter Bailee Ann, 16, get ready to go on her first date.

On Friday, Feb. 14, Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Alyssa DeFord, posteda TikTok videoshowing the moments before the teenager completed the major milestone. “Can she stop growing 😭 #baileeandbunnie,” she captioned the video.

In the clips, Bunnie Xo and her sisters came together to celebrate the special moment. Bailee Ann came downstairs and showed them all her outfit — a red cropped shirt, ripped baggy jeans and sneakers — before doing a little spin for them and asking if they approved.

After the approval, the family jokingly drilled her for more information about the 16-year-old boy who was taking her out, asking everything from how he looked to what’s his social security number.

Just before Bailee Ann walked out the door, Bunnie Xo gave the teenager money with the hope that she wasn’t going to be paying for dinner. While Bailee Ann assured her that the money only was a precaution, Bunnie Xo jokingly added that if she paid for dinner, then it would be the “last time you’re going on a date with that dude.”

While the podcaster loves being a mother to her stepchildren, she opened up onthe Thursday, Jan. 2 episode of her podcastabout how she’s ready to welcome more children into her family. As she spoke to psychic medium Sloan Bella, she shared that she’s experiencedseveral pregnancy lossesin the past, but now feels ready to become a parent.

“I just feel like I’ve been healing so much trauma with my parents that I finally am ready to be a parent,” Bunnie Xo said. “Like, I’ve helped raise Bailee since she was 7, and I think that also showed me that, hey, I’m not gonna f— up a kid’s life too badly.”

“But I feel like I’ve mastered… not mastered, but I feel like I can do this. You know?” she continued. “And I just want a little piece of J and I together.”

Jelly Roll, born Jason DeFord, and Bunnie Xo eloped in 2016 and were granted primary custody of Bailee Ann. Their family of three also grew that year with the addition of Jelly Roll’s son from a previous relationship. The couple rarely posts aboutBailee Ann and Noah Buddy, 8, on social media out of privacy, but that hasn’t stopped the “Son of a Sinner” vocalist from praising his kids in interviews.

“She knows the story. She knows how real it is. I’m just proud of her,” he toldEntertainment Tonight. “I love you, Bailee Ann, so much. I thought about it the moment I walked off stage. You’ve changed my life in so many ways. But it’s just unreal. This is bigger than just a single award for us. We came from nothing.”
