“The loyalty and support of our customers over the years have meant the world to us. The relationships we’ve built in-store have been truly special, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time shared with us,” the company added.
There is currently a sale “on almost everything” in-store in a bid “to ease the transition,” the company confirmed, and it said gift cards would be honored in-store through Oct. 31 and online after that.
“There’s a complete reset we had to do, and build from scratch new capabilities. Even more importantly, we built a new team,” Daleiden added.
