Cam Newtonmay have been a star on the football field, but the former NFL player is proving his bravery and fitness in other arenas on season 3 ofSpecial Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

Despite the dangers of the task,father-of-eightNewton leaps as the other assembled contestants look on, astounded. As he manages to pull himself up from the landing gear into the helicopter itself, a clearly impressedStephen Baldwinasks the others, “Did you see that? He pressed himself up on a helicopter!”

As Newton whoops in delight at his accomplishment, the commander in the helicopter alongside him tells him to keep quiet. “No screaming, no screaming," he says.
