Even if you’re not up on your sports teams, you’ve likely seen a tunnel walk fit (or ten) on your social media feeds.
In recent years, athletes have made headlines not just for their athletic prowess, but also their pre-game glam. Among the WNBA stars shaking up the scene is Los Angeles Sparks player Cameron Brink, whose style is in a league of its own.
“It truly helps so much with my confidence and feeling the best version of myself,” the 23-year-old basketball rookie tells PEOPLE exclusively. (Although Brink is currently sitting on the sidelines as she recuperates from an ACL injury, she still dressed up for games and to cheer on her teammates.)

Brink’s tunnel fashion is a true reflection of herdaring style— and, surprisingly, the strong bond she has with her mom,Michelle Bain-Brink, who is a “huge deciding factor” on what she wears.
“We’re always on FaceTime and we’re trying stuff on,” Brink says. “It’s fun and it’s a passion of mine and to share it with my mom…we’ve always loved fashion.”
Michelle, who studied at Virginia Tech on a basketball scholarship and went on to work for Nike, perFront Office Sports, is also full of fashion tips that Brink applies to her personal style.

Thanks to her mom’s guidance, Brink always prepares an entire outfit in advance andneverforgets a pair of comfy shoes to change into after matches.
Since officially signing on with the WNBA in spring 2024, Brink has shown women and girls around the world that there’s no one way to be “feminine.”
Today, through her ambassadorship with makeup brand and Los Angeles Sparks sponsorUrban Decay, she continues to inspire others to express themselves.
