Denise Richards' Daughter Lola Says Dad Charlie Sheen Is 'So Good at Helping' Her Through Hard Times: 'He's So Logical'

The 19-year-old opened up about her relationship with her famous family in the two-episode premiere ofDenise Richards & Her Wild Thingson Tuesday, March 4. After Denise revealed Lola and her sisterSami Sheenwere not on speaking terms following a fight, Lola shared who she went to for guidance.

“Sometimes I get super amped up when I’m talking to my mom and Sami, so I called my dad for a while, and he really helped me,” she said of Charlie. “He’s so good at helping my brain because he’s so logical.”

“He understands how your brain works,” her friend chimed in, and Lola agreed: “He does!”

She went on to explain that she recently connected more deeply with her faith, saying that Sami, 20, “cannot understand my way of thinking.”

“A lot of people say it’s surprising that I’m a woman of God,” Lola noted. “I actually saw an article that said, ‘Lola an apple that fell far from the tree,’ or something.”

As Sami, who gained massive attention in 2022 forstarting an OnlyFans pagewhen she turned 18, got ready for a rave, Lola prepared tacos with her friends and prayed over their food.

“I think the only thing we have in common is that we’re in the same family,” Lola joked.

Earlier, Denise described Lola, who is her middle child, as different from her other two.

“Lola works at a restaurant, she’s a hostess. She still lives at home,” Denise said. “I love her being home. I wish Sami was still there.”

“I always say Lola’s like a fairy,” she continued. “She’s just very soft. She’s light. Because of her innocence, I feel that she’s not what I would say is your typical 19-year-old, growing up in a Hollywood family in Los Angeles.”

Charlie has been sober since 2017, and Denise got remarried to her current husbandAaron Phypers, and she has said they are all in a good place now.

“He’s been supportive from day one,” shetold PEOPLE in a February cover story. “He saw the [show’s] trailer and sent me such a wonderful sweet positive text. I was actually really surprised. It meant a lot to me.”

She’s even remained close with his ex,Brooke Mueller, who appeared at the family barbecue in the season premiere.

“There’s a lot of history there,” Denise told cameras in the episode. “Her sons are my daughter’s brothers. We are a big, blended family!”
