Emily Osment Reveals Brother Haley Joel Osment Was a Groomsman at Her Wedding: ‘He Just Nailed It’

Emily Osmentis spilling more details abouther surprise wedding to longtime love Jack Anthony, including the sweet role her brotherHaley Joel Osmentplayed in her big day.

The actress — who is starring inGeorgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, the latestBig Bang Theoryspinoff— opened up about saying her “I dos” during an interview onThe Drew Barrymore Showset to air Monday, Nov. 4.

“We worked really hard on, on putting this ‘party’ together,” Emily continued. “I mean, it was a wedding, but we brought all the elements that we love so much about each other and her friends and her family together. And so it really felt like a party which was the best.”

The actress went on to reveal that her brother, Haley Joel Osment, was a groomsmen at the wedding. “It was really cute,” she said. “I loved being able to sort of have him support me in that way, to support both of us in that way. He just nailed it.”

Emily has kept her relationship with Anthony,a singer-songwriter, mostly away from the limelight. But she revealed onThe Drew Barrymore Showthat the two met at a concert.

“He was dancing in the front row like a lunatic and I just pointed at him and was like, ‘Who’s that?’ And then I went over there and introduced myself,” she recalled.

Going to concerts appear to be a united interest. In 2021, Anthony made a rare appearance on Emily’s instagram, in a photo snapped while the two were seeing Phish together.

Two years later, in June 2023, the pair were engaged, withAnthony popping the question while the two were at Yosemite National Park in California.

“This magical, beautiful, kaleidoscope of a person asked me to marry him this weekend,” she wrote on Instagram. “I did not know life could be this sweet or I could ever be this deliriously happy.”

“I am so proud of the life we have built together and the people we have become over the last few years,” she captioned a series of pictures that showed off her green gemstone engagement ring. “This love is so big and so uniquely ours and I know it can do anything. I am so honored to stand next to you every day. I love you, Jack.”
