On Wednesday, Oct. 16, the Pennsylvania contestant, 67, announced onInstagramthat she was undergoing a lower facelift and breast reduction with Dr. Danyo at Danyo Plastic Surgery. “I’m a little bit scared. Thank you, Dr. Danyo, I’m on my way,” she said.
Noles was quick to share an update on her surgeries only a few hours after. “I feel like the Lord has blessed me because so far, I feel pretty good,” she said in asecond Oct. 16 post, which shows her head swathed in cotton swabs and bandages.
Even though she was experiencing a “tiny bit of swelling,” she poked fun at her appearance, joking that she felt like “Santa Claus.”

In athird Instagram videoposted the next day, Noles shared that she was still swelling, but was overall having a positive recovery. “I can’t wait to see my smaller, higher girls,” she said of her breasts.
“This was for me. This is what makes me feel good," she said. “I have aged gracefully. I’m 67 years old and this is going to make me feel great for the last chapter — thebestchapter. Just saying.”
Joan Vassos, who was another contestant on theGolden Bachelorbefore going on to star in the inaugural season ofThe Golden Bachelorette, reacted with an empowering response in Noles’ comment section.
“No one is in charge of our happiness but ourselves. I love that you always take charge of your life. You did this for you and you deserve it! Happy healing and I’m ready to rock a bikini next to you and your new tatas!”

Though Noles is getting some much-needed rest, she still plans on getting additional work done in the coming days.
On the same day she announced her operations, she said she was going into the doc’s for a CO2 treatment, a non-invasive laser skin treatment that reduces the appearance of wrinkles and helps boost collagen production.
Her formerGolden BachelorcostarKathy Swarts,71, alsorecently underwent the treatment, as well as Intense Pulsed Light therapy and a lower facelift, and began documenting her journey on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
