Halle Berryis claiming that exOlivier Martinezcontradicted what she was told about their co-parenting sessions over the summer.
However, since then, Berry has alleged that Martinez hasrefused to attend these co-parenting sessions, claiming that Martinez “unilaterally terminated” coaching sessions without telling her or the coach, per a filing in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County.

“Olivier’s claim that [the therapist] was okay with him taking the summer off and that [the therapist] would accommodate his travel schedule contradicts what [the therapist] said to me and what [the therapist] expressed to my attorney and Olivier’s attorney during a June 15, 2024 Zoom,” Berry claims in the documents.
The actress went on to allege that her son’s therapist was “surprised and upset that Olivier was terminating therapy for the summer.”
The documents continue to allege that Berry wasn’t aware that Martinez had emailed their son’s therapist about not attending therapy until recent court documents came out, where Martinez included an email that stated he wouldn’t be returning to therapy until September.

“The first time I learned of this from Olivier was on July 15, 2024, when I received a cryptic text that Olivier can do therapy between July 26 and the 31st, more than two weeks after Olivier’s June 30 email,” Berry alleges in the documents.
Berry continues, claiming that it wasn’t until she pressured Martinez through legal action that he finally agreed to go back to therapy, although she notes that he didn’t email their son’s therapist until August 5.
Elsewhere in the documents, Berry pushes back against Martinez’s claim that she’s attempting to medicate Maceo. “I have never given or pushed to give Maceo any medication other than over-the-counter medication when Maceo was sick,” she claims.
Berry claims that she wouldn’t have even been able to medicate their son as Martinez has “interfered” in her attempt to obtain “even an evaluation for which a recommendation of a medication would be based.”
