Heather Rae El Moussa Reveals 'Obnoxious' Thing She's Leaving in 2024: 'I Used to Get Affected by It'

Heather Rae El Moussais taking a moment to look back at the highs and lows of 2024.

TheSelling Sunsetalum, 37, reflected on a negative habit she plans on leaving behind as she enters 2025 with her husbandTarek El Moussaand their almost two-year-old son Tristan.

“What I’ll be leaving in 2024 is caring what others say about me,” she writes in her Wednesday, Jan. 1Instagrampost. “The things I read about what people say about me is obnoxious.”

Also included in theFlipping El Moussasstar’s caption is a sweet tribute to herhusband of three years.

“I am so proud of my husband,” says Heather. “He has been in so many ‘battles’ the last few years & yet he chooses to be a positive light for our family & he always works on himself and learns from mistakes he’s made. I truly wish all of you could see what I see in him daily.”

“I have so many personal goals to hit but I’ll keep those to myself. But I’m so excited for a new fresh year. I can feel it’s going to be a good one,” she wrote.

She also noted some things she wants to do “more” of in 2025, from “more time with Tarek - date nights & prioritizing each other” to “more patience with our kids and each other & ourselves. It’s OK to not be perfect!!"

“2025 we are so ready for you,” she concluded her caption.

While Heather and Tarek will compete against Christina in the series, fans are eager to seewho Christina will team upwith now that her estranged husbandJosh Hall will no longer be featuredon the show following their July 2024 split.
