Hilary Duff Admits She Read 6-Year-Old Daughter Banks' Diary — and Shares the Surprising Note She Found

Hilary Duff’s oldest daughter is still getting used to being a big sister.

On Wednesday, Dec. 11, the actress, 37, shared what she found when she went snooping through her 6-year-old daughterBanks' diary. On her Instagram Stories, the mom of four posted a picture of a page that read, “My sister is the worst” — although many of the words were adorably misspelled.

Over the snap, Duff wrote, “Poor Mae getting dogged in Banks' diary, referring to her3-year-old daughter. She also quipped, “Yea I read it…”

“Starting with steak on the 4th child. Pureés aint doing it for her,” Duff joked in the caption, along with the warning, “If you’re vegan maybe skip this story today.”

This isn’t the first time Townes has experimented with food.Duff recently recalledtaking her daughter to a chef friend’s house, where she put “a big glob” of gourmet quiche in her mouth — and started “choking a little.”

“Normally, I’d be panicked,” Duff said in anexclusive interview with PEOPLE, “and now I’m waiting, waiting, ‘Oh good, you worked it out.’ ”
