A shooter or shooters opened fire on a Tennessee pastor’s house late Tuesday night, firing dozens of bullets into the residence while one of the pastor’s children was home, according to police.

The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office tells PEOPLE it is investigating the Tuesday night shooting and that “approximately 30-40” shell casings were recovered at the home of pastor Greg Locke in Mt. Juliet, Tenn.

Officers responded to the home around 10:30 p.m. local time, Cpt. Scott Moore of the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office says.

“No one was hit or injured during the incident and detectives are actively working on the case,” Moore says.

The sheriff’s office spokesperson says there were “multiple shots that had penetrated the house, garage, and a vehicle.”

On social media, Lock shared photographs showing investigators marking evidence outside his home, writing ina lengthy Facebook postthat the gunfire erupted about a minute before he pulled into his driveway. However, Locke wrote, one of his children were home during the shooting, though the child was not injured.

Describing his house as “a full blown crime scene,” Locke wrote that “according to the security cam footage, we pulled into our driveway exactly ONE MINUTE after a madman unloaded an entire magazine of bullets from an automatic weapon into our house, garage and my truck.”

“The sound on the video is truly horrific,” the pastor added.

“We are all being [securely] escorted to a hotel tonight,” Locke added. “We have no further details.”

The pastor claimed God protected him and his family “in unimaginable and supernatural ways.”

TheTennesseanreportsthat Locke’s church has been vandalized previously, including in March when local police responded to a trailer fire in which hundreds of Bibles were burned on the intersection where the church is located.
