Jenna Bush Hageraims to “infuse goodness” into her children every night.On the Monday, Feb. 3 episode ofToday with Jenna & Friends,the talk show host, 43, shared with guest co-hostEgo Nwodim, 36, that she whispers a specific mantra to each of her kids before they go to sleep.While she keeps the current ones private for onlyher and her children’s ears, she shared an old mantra that she used for her daughterPoppy, 9.“For Poppy, it was ‘You are loved, you are loved, you are loved, they all say,’ " she said. “And, I thought I made it up and then I realized I got it from a book. And my girls, I said to Henry, they have these other dreams.““Mila’s like ‘I’m going to write a story, I’m going to be an author. I’m going to be a lawyer,’ all these things. Poppy’s like ‘I’m going to be an actor.'” she added. “I kind of love that maybe because their mom worked — and my mom worked too — that I get up every day and I’m not there to make them breakfast, but they see something different,” she added, realizing that her working outside of the home had potentially opened up a world of possibilities to her kids.
