Jessica Simpsonknows how to dress up for any occasion.

On Tuesday, Oct. 29, the multi-hyphenate, 44, posted a video of herself dressed in a strapless, bronze-colored leather minidress underneath a colorful cardigan boasting various colors, including bright yellows, pinks and greens.

Simpson paired the look with light brown ankle boots featuring a chic pointed-toe design and an animal-print handbag.

The singer wore her hair in a half-up high ponytail to complete the ensemble, with large earrings and oversize sunglasses.

Themom of three, seemingly in the recording studio, posed in the multicolored outfit while sitting in a chair in front of music equipment and walking down a hallway filled with plaques on the wall. She captioned the video, “Coat of many colors.”

Fans and famous friends complimented the look, includingNicole “Snooki” Polizzi, who wrote “QUEEN.”

“There’s a rock and roll western vibe that runs through the pieces of this collection. It is a celebration of how different forms of artistic expressions are woven together,” said Simpson.

The performer also said fashion has been “one of my favorite parts of self-expression.”

“Creativity is absolutely interrelated with fashion for me. I find that what I am wearing helps me evoke a certain sense of self,” she shared. “It is really always inner confidence coming out that is most beautiful in my opinion, but sometimes clothes and shoes can help navigate part of the creative process.”

“I am the type that will wear a slip dress with fishnets, boots, and an oversized turtleneck sweater or shorts with a tight, thigh high boot, tee and blazer,” she said.
