Justin Baldoni Alleges Blake Lively Joked About His Nose onIt Ends With UsSet, Told Him He 'Should Get Plastic Surgery'

Justin Baldoni’snewly filed lawsuitagainstBlake Livelyfeatures an allegation that Lively joked about the actor-director’s nose on the set ofIt Ends with Us.

In Baldoni’s $400 million lawsuit, which he filed against Lively, her husbandRyan Reynolds, their publicist Leslie Sloane and Sloane’s PR firm Vision PR, Inc in the Southern District of New York on Thursday, Jan. 16, attorneys for Baldoni, 40, claimed that Lively, 37, joked that Baldoni “should get plastic surgery” while filming a scene for the movie.

As Baldoni’s attorneys refuted Lively’s allegation from herDec. 20 lawsuitthat Baldonipersonally added “graphic content” to the film, they also alleged that Lively “began to joke about Baldoni’s nose, which he laughed off and joked in turn, even as Lively joked that he should get plastic surgery,” while the pair filmed a “romance montage” of their characters on a date.

Reps for Lively, Reynolds and Sloane did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment regarding the suit.

“Let’s not forget, Ms. Lively and her team attempted to bulldoze reputations and livelihoods for heinously selfish reasons through their own dangerous manipulation of the media before even taking any actual legal action. We know the truth, and now the public does too,” the statement continues. “Justin and his team have nothing to hide, documents do not lie.”

In her initial Dec. 20 filing, Lively claimed Baldoni exhibited “disturbing" and “unprofessional” behavior on set that led to a “hostile work environment.” Lively’s complaint includes accusations that Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath entered her trailer “uninvited” while she was undressed or “vulnerable,” alleges Baldoni “suddenly” pressured her to “simulate full nudity” in a birth scene and “improvised physical intimacy that had not been rehearsed, choreographed or discussed with Ms. Lively, with no intimacy coordinator involved."

Her complaint claims that in the aftermath of the experience and the alleged smear campaign against her, Lively “has suffered from grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety."

Baldoni’s attorneys also refuted the idea that the filmmaker personally inserted a scene featuring “graphic content, including a scene in which Ms. Lively was to orgasm on-camera.” They claim that Lively “refused to meet with the intimacy coordinator to plan out their scenes,” allegedly leaving Baldoni to meet with an intimacy coordinator alone and later meet with Lively at her home “and often while Lively’s husband was present” to discuss the scenes in question.

Baldoni’s attorneys alleged that during one such meeting, Baldoni “read to her his notes from the intimacy coordinator, including a suggestion that Lively’s character orgasm during the scene, similar to the book.” After Lively declined that suggestion, Baldoni’s attorneys claim “Baldoni offered another suggestion instead, also from his notes from the meeting with the intimacy coordinator. Baldoni then moved on.”
