Justin Baldoniwas photographed for the first time since hisIt Ends With UscostarBlake Livelyfiled a sexual harassment complaintagainst him.
Lively’s complaint, which she filed months afterrumors of behind-the-scenes discordbetween her and Baldoni began emerging in August, alleged that during the production ofIt Ends With Us,Baldoniexhibited “disturbing" and “unprofessional” behavior on set, thendeployed a retaliatory smear campaign against her.
Specifically, Lively alleged in the complaint that Baldoni engaged in misconduct including inquiring about her sex life, walking into her trailer unannounced during “vulnerable” moments, and adding “gratuitous sexual content” to the film that she did not originally agree to.
The filing claims that the meeting led production company Wayfarer Studios (of which Baldoni is co-chairman and co-founder), Wayfarer CEO and producerJamey Heath, and Sony Pictures, which distributed the film, approving a list of protections that were “designed to require Wayfarer to cease the on-set behavior of Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Heath.”
Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman called Lively’s allegations “false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt” him ina statementon Dec. 21.

Freedman also alleged that Lively caused issues during the filming of the movie, including “threatening to not show up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release.”
In a statement toThe New York Times, Lively said, “I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted.”
