Justin Timberlake's 'Done Everything He Can' to 'Make Up for' DWI Arrest for Wife Jessica Biel (Exclusive)

Justin Timberlakehas “done everything he can” to “make up for” his DWI arrest for wifeJessica Biel.

A source close to the family tells PEOPLE that since the “SexyBack” musician, 43, wasarrested in Sag Harbor, New York for allegedly driving while intoxicatedin June, the couple has “been very busy working and just focus on family time when they’re off.”

While Timberlake has been in the midst of hisForget Tomorrow World Tour, theCandystar, 42, has been filming “back to back” projects, including the forthcoming Amazon seriesThe Better Sister. The two are also busy raisingsons Silas, 9½, and Phineas, 4.

“They’ve been married for a long time,” adds the source. “They have to work on their marriage like most couples. Being working parents is never easy.”

While the insider says that Biel — who “enjoys privacy” — “was not happy about” her husband’s arrest, “they’re both relieved that it’s in the past.”

Timberlake’s case wrapped in mid-September witha plea dealas hepleaded guilty to the lesser charge of driving while ability impaired. The musician will be required to pay a $500 fine and complete 25 hours of community service.

“They are both committed to staying married,” says the source. “Jess thinks he’s a wonderful dad. They’re a great team.”

During his recent tour stop at Montreal’s Bell Centre on Oct. 4, the 10-time Grammy winner gave his wife, who joined him at the show, a specialshout-out for their 12th wedding anniversary. (The pair tied the knot in southern Italy on Oct. 19, 2012, but were legally married in the States beforehand.)

Timberlakeposted a tour recap to Instagramthe following day, revealing what went down onstage when he celebrated the pair’s latest milestone with his fans.

Later, the7th Heavenalum reshared the heartfelt moment on herInstagram Stories, alongside a kissy-heart emoji dedicated to her husband. “Wouldn’t want to spend it anywhere else ❤️,” Biel wrote.
