One denim trend that I didn’t expect to return so soon is slim styles.Meghan Marklerecently embraced skinny-flare jeans, andKelly Clarksonjust broke out the style in a silhouette that I’m eager to try.

In a new Instagram post fromThe Kelly Clarkson Show, the host and singer wore a few mix-and-match staples: slim straight-leg jeans in a classic blue wash and a colorful striped button-down shirt.
