On the Thursday, March 13, episode ofThe Kardashians, Khloé, 40, and her sisterKim Kardashiantravel to Mumbai, India, to attend the lavish wedding. Throughout the trip, the sisters wear a number of stunning traditional Indian looks with a modern twist, but on the second day of the festivities, the Good American co-founder slipped into an unforgettable pink lehenga with beaded detailing on the sleeves that she says she’s “obsessed” with.
The outfit seems to fit Khloé perfectly, but in an aside to the camera, she lets it slip that she had a little help filling out the bust. While sitting in a chair near Kim, 44, she discreetly pushed some padding back down her front.

“My stuffing is sticking out,” she jokes to the camera, before addressing her cleavage directly: “Stay in there. Hide, we’re not supposed to know.”
The funny moment wasn’t the first time Khloé had been candid about finding ways to naturally enhance her bust size. In the previous episode, which aired March 6, she addressedrumors that she had plastic surgeryafter enjoying her “double-D life” duringher 40th birthday celebrationlast June.
“Well I’m in a corset. And you know a good corset will cinch your waist and give you tatas, so I’m living my double-D life that I’ve always wanted but just for the night,” she explained.
A producer then asked her if they were a “recent gift to yourself,” to which she laughed, “No. No. Should’ve been, but no.”
