Kiernan Shipkahad a meltdown about her recent birthday.TheRed Oneactress turned 25 earlier this month, and while on the Nov. 18 episode ofThe Drew Barrymore Show, Shipka said she struggled to wrap her head around the milestone, calling it a “quarter-life crisis.““I was freaking out before,” she said. “I would quite literally just be going about my day and then sort of descend into some sort of mental breakdown, which happens. I’d be freaking out about a random thing and then I’d go, ‘AndI’m turning 25 too!’ Like it would just happen, it would just come over me.“But, added Shipka, then the “day of felt great. It was just the lead up that made me freak out a little bit.
