Lindsay Lohan Shows Off Makeup-Free Skin in Selfie with Her Dubai Dermatologist: 'Trust'

The woman behindLindsay Lohan’s glow is praising the star’s skin.

In an Instagram post shared on Dec. 10, the actress’ dermatologistDr. Radmila Lukian, who also refers to herself as an “anti-aging specialist,” revealed just how committed Lohan is to keeping her skin looking it’s best.

Theselfie, taken during one of Lohan’s appointments atLucia Clinic Dubai,shows the doctor posing next to the star without makeup, but her skin looking as luminous as ever.

“Trust and confidence are the foundation of our relationship,” wrote Dr. Lukian.

Lohan, 38, appears to be a regular sinceanother selfiewas shared to the derm’s Instagram profile on Oct. 24.

“Such a pleasure having my lovely@lindsaylohanat Lucia Clinic. I love taking care of your skin’s health and beauty!” Dr. Lukian wrote of the star, who moved to the United Arab Emirates in 2014.

Lohan recentlyopened up about her life overseaswith husband Bader Shammas and their son Luai in a November interview withFlauntmagazine.

However, the establishment specializes in invasive and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Botox, fillers, wrinkle treatments and a variety of facials are listedamong the servicesspecifically for the face, as well as other plastic surgery options.

The photos come amid the Internet’s interest in Lohan’s youthful appearance.

In aninterview withPage Sixpublished on Nov. 29,Michael Lohandenied that his daughter ever had plastic surgery.

“Her look [is] so natural — just like her talent,” Michael told the outlet, adding that it’s “disgusting” to “propagate false narratives” about Lohan’s look.

Lohan herself hasn’t addressed the gossip, but she did tellAllurein an October interview that shejust takes really good care of her skin.

With her return to Hollywood, Lohan has also caused chatter for her bold outfit choices.

For herFlauntmagazine cover shoot, she experimented with a variety of edgier styles, including one that involved aneon green wig.

At theOur Little Secretpremiere in N.Y.C. on Nov. 18, she turned heads in ablack Zuhair Murad gownwith a sheer skirt and deep V-neckline accented with shell embellishments.

Speaking with PEOPLE in October about her partnership with Nexxus, she also reflected on her style evolution and her recent timeat Paris Fashion Week, where she attended the Sept. 30 Balenciaga show in a sequin dress that “fit like a glove.”

“I’ve been lucky enough to always have fun with fashion, specifically in my days and when I used to come to Paris,” she told PEOPLE. “I was working here a lot because fashion’s always been a big part of my life. I’m a fashionista. I love fashion. I love what goes into it. I love learning about the designers and why they make the collections they make.”
