Love Island USA's Kaylor Reveals She's 'Single' amid Split from Fellow Contestant Aaron

Love Island USA’sKaylor Martinhas officially confirmed that she is single, after questions have swirled for weeks about her relationship status with fellow contestantAaron Evans.

On Friday, Aug. 16, some of the season 6 cast of Peacock’s hit dating show made an appearance at the 92NY in New York City for a conversation about the series withhost and influencer Remi Bader,

During the group’s conversation, Kaylor, 22, discussed her relationship status, as well as thenow-infamous Casa Amor episodes— which feature a twist first introduced in the original British series that sees10 new Islanders joining the season part-way throughto tempt existing contestants out of their relationships.

“One thing I regret is in Casa — not channeling my inner bad b—-,” Kaylor joked during the event. “I just fumbled through it.”

She continued, “Listen, I’m very lucky. I’m 22 years old, I’m going to go through heartbreak, falling in love — all of it. I know we all have maybe been there once or twice, and I’m glad I have been through it and I’m learning from this situation. And I’m single!”

Just days ago, the 22-year-old stated in aTikTokvideo — ahead of the season 6 cast reunion — that “Aaron and I are not okay” and that the couple was “done”

“We are not together,” Kaylor said on Wednesday, Aug. 14, the day the cast reunited in New York City to film a reunion special, which is set air on Peacock on Monday, Aug. 19.

Also during the group’s appearance at the 92NY event, fellow cast memberJaNa Craigteased some of the reunion drama to come, telling the crowd: “At the reunion, one of my top three things was Kaylor standing on business.”

“Guys, you would be very proud,” Kaylor joked in response. “I didn’t shed a f—— tear.”

Despite the controversy that Casa Amor brought to her and Aaron, Kaylor said during her New York City appearance that one of the greatest things she got out of her time onLove Islandwas “finding my best friend” inLiv Walker.

“And also I’m realizing my f——- worth,” she added. “Because when you’re in the villa you’re in a little bubble. It’s not normal. It was very hard for me being in there. And I did fall in love and what you guys saw was very genuine.”
