A Maryland man walked into a Baltimore police station and confessed to two murders he said he committed over a decade ago, according to the city’s police department.Scott Barnett, 45, entered the Southeast District police station on Jan. 12 and asked to speak to detectives about a murder, Baltimore police say.Barnett allegedly proceeded to admit his involvement in the murders of Terrill Lehman, 41, and Charles Webster, 46, police claim.Both of them were reported missing in December 2014; their bodies have not been found.Barnett told police that he and his child’s mother, who died in 2022, were living with the victims at the time and were both involved in stabbing them and dismembering their bodies,WBALreported, citing a police report.Barnett reportedly told police that he discarded the remains in various trash cans around the city, WBAL,WMARandThe Baltimore Bannerreported.Want to keep up with the latest crime coverage?
