“Mariah Carey is signing my tit,” Rihanna, 36, said as the camera panned to her. The Fenty founder wore sunglasses and a fluffy tan jacket.

Upon returning to the stage, Carey sang her 2004 hit “We Belong Together” before closing the night with a rollicking rendition of “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”
Throughout the concert, Carey performed Christmas classics and her own beloved originals, from “Joy to the World” and “O Holy Night” to “Oh Santa!” and “When Christmas Comes.”
And the show was a family affair: Carey and her ex Nick Cannon’s 13-year-oldtwins Monroe and Moroccanalso hit the stage, playing guitar and drums, respectively, during a mash-up of “Let It Snow” and “Deck the Halls.” The twins also joined Carey onstage during her final number and exited the stage with her aboard a sleigh.

The triumphant return came after Carey had announced that she’d been forced to cancel three shows — in Pittsburgh, Newark, N.J., and Belmont, N.Y. — because she’dcome down with the flu.
“Pittsburgh, I am sorry to say, I’ve come down with the flu. It breaks my heart that I unfortunately have to cancel tonight’s show. I love you all so much,” Carey wroteon X(formerly Twitter) on Dec. 11.
Two days later, Carey revealed she would becanceling two additional shows.
“Newark and Belmont — I wish I had better news but unfortunately I’m still sick and have to cancel the shows tonight and on Sunday,” she addedon X.
But on Monday, Dec. 16, a Christmas miracle came early, when Careyconfirmedshe would be well enough to perform in Brooklyn.
“Lambs, thank you for making my#Christmastimeso special,” she posted on Instagram. “I’ve loved singing with you every night, and I can’t wait to see you all tomorrow in Brooklyn for the last show of the tour.”
After firstannouncing her 20-date tourin August, Carey first hit the stage for her Christmas Time tour in Highland, Calif., on Nov. 6.

Some familiar faces joined in for the holiday fun during the annual tour, too. At her Dec. 9 show in Raleigh, N.C.,Monroe and Moroccan joined her onstageto present her with flowers in celebration of her beloved classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You” hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart once again.
“Thank you. Wow!” Carey said onstage at the time. “That was the perfect moment to find that out. It’s from the Hot 100? Well, thank you, everybody who helped make that possible. Thank you so much.”
This year, Carey also celebrated the 30th anniversary of her seminal holiday albumMerry Christmas,which features “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” On Dec. 9, she announced the release of a limited deluxe edition of the record.
