Fitness doesn’t take a holiday inMark Wahlberg’s house.

TheFlight Riskactor, 52, showed off his fit physique on Instagram in the early-morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 26, after celebrating Christmas with his family the previous day.

“4 a.m., rain or shine. It’s raining outside — we’re still going plunge,” he told the camerain a video, which appeared to be taken as he exited a locker-room shower wearing a pair of navy-blue shorts, his six-pack abs front and center.

“Nothing like a cold plunge in the rain. @thecoldlife @municipal. 4 am club,” Wahlberg wrote in the accompanying caption.

The actor’s post came after he had a similar wakeup call on Christmas morning, to pump iron before all the festivities got under way.

“4 am club @municipal #MunicipalPartner,” hecaptioned a videoof himself performing bicep curls.

Wahlberg, who has been a fan of early-morning workouts for a long time, has previously been candid about the importance of physical fitness in life — especially as it relates to longevity.

“Before, it was about aesthetics when trying to get in shape,” the actor told PEOPLE in 2023. “Now, Iwant to live a long time.”

“I encourage everybody, even if you just work out for 10 minutes, you’re going to feel better," he added. “We’re all very fortunate and blessed. You want to live as long as possible. You want to be able to move, and certainly, you got to do it.”
