The TikTok sensations answered viewers' questions in a new episode ofTheUnplanned Podcast, and ina snippet posted to TikTok, they revisited the controversial saga from over seven months ago. In May 2024, the parents of two revealed their plans topostpone their Father’s Day celebration for several monthsin order to avoid celebrating the holiday and Matt’s birthday at the same time.

“I can laugh about it now,” Matt replied. “At the time, I was like horrified.”

Matt agreed that he could laugh about it now. “I’m like, that is so stupid. I mean the words I said too were so stupid as well. I obviously did not sound good at all,” he said. “The clip that we put out, I just looked so selfish. I looked so full of myself.”
