Mel Bkeeps it steamy with her bodycare routine.

The Spice Girls alum (born Melanie Brown) detailed the wellness steps she takes to feel her best in an Instagram post that includedvery candid — and very sexy — photos.

On the first slide, theAmerica’s Got Talentalum, 49, can be seen posing completely nude and grabbing her backside while relaxing in a full-body infrared sauna. In doing so, she flashed the tattoos situated butt cheek, and one on her shoulder blade.

Infrared saunas help improve circulation and reduce inflammation, and the benefits might be why Brown decided to fully strip for her session, which she says lasts for 20 minutes.

Further along in the carousel, Brown shared photos and videos of herself wearing a coral bikini to stretch and meditate.

Featured at the end of the post is a video of a swimsuit-clad Brown walking in the rain and feeling refreshed.

“I love love love doing my self-care. I always need to remind myself how amazing it makes my soul feel inside so I don’t get caught up in daily life and work before I do it again,” she wrote.

Admitting that her routine isn’t “always this in-depth," she said that her at-home practices are “very very simple.” Nonetheless, she encouraged her followers to “make the time” for themselves, no matter what that looks like.

Mel has been busy this yearobtaining an honorary doctoratefrom Leeds Beckett University. She graduated with the achievement in July.

“I can’t believe I did it. I was so nervous but so excited at the same time. This means more to me than I’ll ever be able to say,” she wrote on Instagram of her accomplishment, adding that she wanted to further her education to not only heal from herown experience as a victim of domestic abuse, but to also “help many many more people too.”

“Wedding planning sooooo exciited were getting close!!” she wrote.
