Michael Bublé Reveals He Always Dreamed of Working with Snoop Dogg BeforeThe Voice: 'I Love You So Much' (Exclusive)

In a roundtable conversation with the season 26 coaches onThe Voice, premiering exclusively with PEOPLE, Snoop asksGwen Stefani, Bublé andReba McEntireabout their dream collaborators.

“When you finally met the artist that you wanted to work with your whole life, and you finally got to work with them, what was that feeling?” Snoop, 52, asks.

“I can’t tell you because you won’t believe me,” Bublé, 49, says. Snoop responds, “I will believe you.”

“I love you so much I’m not joking. My family loves you. I was so terrified that you wouldn’t be who you are. I was so excited to do this with you and people say, ‘No man. He’s got a great reputation,” he says, seemingly growing emotional.

The first day they showed up to film, the “Haven’t Met You Yet” singer was “so nervous” to meet the rapper — and he turned out to be “awesome.”

“It was huge for me because the truth is I was really excited,” he adds. “I was so excited to meet you and you’re better than I ever thought you could be.”

After Snoop shares his story, he turns to look at McEntire, 69, and asked who she dreamed of working with.

“I never wanted to meet my heroes because I didn’t want them to disappoint me. Ever. I was doing shows with Merle Haggard and I did not want to meet him,” she says. “I did not want to meet him because I did not want to be disappointed because I looked up to him for so long and when I did he was the nicest, most cordial gentlemen and I was like, phew.”

Adding, “But people likeLoretta Lynn,Dolly Parton, Tammy Wynette, Barbara Mandrell, who I looked up to forever, all of them, sweet as they can be.”

Elsewhere in their conversation, the coaches discuss working in a recording studio for the first time and what it was like hearing themselves on the radio.

The season 26 coaching panel was announced in May followingJohn Legend,Chance the RapperandDan+ Shay’s exits. Stefani is returning after briefly taking a break following season 24. Meanwhile, newcomers Snoop and Bublé previously served as advisors.

The Voicereturns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 23 at at 8 p.m. ET.
