“I’ll be honest with you.I’m happy to make it this far,” Mike told PEOPLE in August 2023 at theJersey Shore: Family Vacationpremiere. “I was so wild in my twenties and thirties that being the family man that I am today — being eight years sober in December, a dad of two, married five years in a happy, healthy marriage — I’m killing the game.”

Mike and Lauren announced they were expecting their first child together in November 2020 with acheeky poston Instagram.

“I’m obviously going to show himJersey Shore: Family Vacationfirst because that series shows my comeback,” Mike toldE! Daily Popof the revival series. “I’m a positive figure in the community, I’m sober five years, I’m in a happy marriage with a positive message. I’ll probably wait until he’s 18 so he can watchJersey Shore, the original series.”

In the same interview, he added that he could see his son and the children of otherJersey Shorecast members having their own spin-off show one day.

“I think that’s gonna happen,” he said. “We’re on that road right now. All these kids, which are our nephews, they all have hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and they’re like 5 and 6 years old — so imagine when they’re 18 to 20 years old.”

In June 2023, the reality star celebrated his son’s second birthday with a Peter Rabbit-themed party. The event was complete with Peter Rabbit cut-outs and balloons, and even the dessert options had themed cookies and cake, including vegetable-shaped cake pops.

“The Second Birthday of Romeo Reign was Peter Rabbit themed and such an adorable situation,” the couple told PEOPLE. “The day was magicaland spent with close family and friends. We can’t believe our sweet little boy is 2 and look forward to what’s in store for his future.”

“There are very few things in life that you get to keep as a special surprise, for some people,” Lauren told PEOPLE in September 2022. “I think it’s only a matter of time before we do share it publicly, butwe’re super excited.”

In October 2023, Miacelebrated her first Halloweendressed as Wonder Woman, while her brother opted out of a costume.

“Happy Halloween 🎃 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃,” Mike wrote in anInstagrampost of his two kids. “Wonder Woman & toddler ( not feeling well and refusing to put on his costume lol 😂).”

In September 2023, the happy couple announced they had a third child on the way, just nine months after welcoming Mia.

A little over a month later, the reality stars shared that theirnewest addition to the family will be another girl. The family of fourposed in front of the iconic Shore Housewith its Italian-flag-painted garage door and, in the corner of the photo, added pink footprints.

Luna Lucia Sorrentino was born on March 6, 2024, at 5 lbs. 6 oz., Mike proudly announced onInstagram.

“3 under 3 will be quite the situation but we wouldn’t have it any other way 🍼,” he wrote in the caption.
